How to Use

1. Dip the full strip (all four color pads) into the liquid for 1–2 seconds.

2. Remove and shake off excess fluid.

3. Compare the color changes with the included pH scale immediately.

4. For saliva testing: Best taken first thing in the morning before brushing, or 2 hours after meals.
