Simple to intall：
1.Place plastic washer over shaft.
2.Insert shaft through clock face.
3.Place dial plate brass washer over shaft.
4.Attach dail fixing brass nut.
5.Gently press hour hand onto shaft at 12:00 postion.
6.Place minute hand over shaft at 12:00 postion.
7.Place secondhand over shaft at 12:00 postion.
Note：Please do not use too much pressure to avoid bending and hands must be parallel.
